Jesus Christ came to redeem and renew sinners by paying the penalty of sin and defeating the Devil.

Regardless of the uncertainties of life, a follower of Jesus finds lasting joy by being in Christ.
You cannot have it both ways: You cannot enjoy the benefits of belonging to Christ and his body while enjoying the “benefits” of idolatry.
